General

The customer must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have a guardian's consent to your order.

The minimum order in the online store is 10 euros.

Purchasing methods and prices

It is possible to buy products from the online store using a shopping basket. The transaction is binding when you have read and accepted the terms of service, placed the order and received the order confirmation. The prices of the products include VAT according to the valid VAT rate. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Payment in the Paytrail payment service is possible with domestic online banking credentials, most credit cards, and invoice or partial payment. Orders paid through the Paytrail payment service will be delivered with the next mailing. Our payment transaction is secure and encrypted. We do not store payment information in the systems in use.

Order confirmation

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us to the email address you provided in the delivery information. The order confirmation is a binding document between the merchant and the customer. If for some reason you do not receive an order confirmation after ordering, please contact our customer service.

Cancellation of order

If you want to cancel your order, contact customer service and tell that you want to cancel your order. Failure to pick up the order does not mean cancellation of the order. Cancellation of an order must always be notified to customer service.

For a canceled order, we refund the price paid for the products. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the products to the seller.

Delivery costs, domestic

Delivery costs include costs for sending, order processing and packaging materials. We charge shipping costs on the 21.12.2023 as follows:

  • €6.50 Parcel to pick-up point
  • €13.95 Posti home delivery for orders under €65
  • €9.95 Posti home delivery for orders worth €65 - €94.99

The shipping costs added to the order are automatically calculated in the total price in the shopping cart.

Delivery methods

All orders are delivered as Posti parcel services to the nearest available pick-up point or directly to the delivery address. Parcel shipments arrive for pickup within 1-3 business days of delivery. We deliver orders to Finland and abroad to European Union countries.

Please note that the shipping companies keep the package at the pick-up point for 7 days. For reshipping an undelivered package, we charge delivery costs of €10/shipment domestic and €20/shipment international.



Delivery times

The products sold in the online store can always be found in our warehouse. We deliver paid orders within one business day of payment confirmation. If the product is not in stock, the product will say "Sold Out". However, if you order an out-of-stock product, we will inform you about the replacement of the products.



Return and complaint

All products purchased from our online store have a 14-day right of return for unused products in accordance with the Mail Order Act. The product must be able to be returned for further sale. Defective or mail-damaged products also have a 14-day right of return. We refund products in good condition, the customer is responsible for return costs (consumer protection act, June 2014).



Return instructions

Pack the products well in the shipping package and attach the receipt or order confirmation. We refund the price paid for the products within 14 days to the payment method used in the order from the day we received the return.

Delivery error

If we have delivered products that you did not order, return the product as instructed above. We will correct our mistakes without delay.
