Auroshikha Gum Damar incense is obtained from the Shorea, Balanocarpus and Silver tree species found in India and the Far East. The fragrance of Gum damar can have a calming and uplifting effect.

Gum damar options

Incense resin, 50g

Incense resin is pure incense in its traditional form. The bag of incense resin has a net weight of 50 grams. The aromas bound to the resin are best released with the help of specially prepared carbons. If desired, the coarse grain can be ground smaller, for example in morttel.

Incense resin is burned on a fire-resistant surface, for example a cauldron or a ceramic fragrance lantern.

Beautiful scent

Used with carbon disc, it produces lots of smoke so I like to break the disc in 2 or 3 pieces. This is really nice, my favourite is benzoin tho which I placed that gum in a coffee bean grinder to create a finer particle almost dust , but sprinkling on the disc this also works well.

Sisäisen soihdun sytyttämiseen

Sain näytteeksi tätä ja polttelin sitä manteliöljyssä aromalampussani. Liekki kannattaa olla lähellä pohjaa jossa palaminen tapahtuu. Tällöin seos alkaa kuplimaan ja höyrystymään.
Luin netistä, että tätä pihkaa on käytetty mm. Kaakkois-Aasiassa soihtujen sytyttämiseen ja siitä uskomus, että tuoksulla on liftaava vaikutus alakuloon ja masennukseen.
No totta, ei tästä tuoksusta huonolle tuulelle tullutkaan. Se on makeaa, kevyttä, ilmavaa ja sitrusmaista.
Mielihyvähormoneja sillei söpösti ja harmittomasti.
